Sean’s passion for travel has taken him around the world, but Colombia truly stole his heart—Cartagena’s vibrant streets, world-class cuisine, and boat trips to hidden islands instantly earned it a place in his top five destinations.
One of Sean’s greatest Glow moments? Leading an incentive group to Cape Town, South Africa—starting with a private Champagne reception atop Table Mountain, followed by helicopter transfers to their hotel. Seeing everyone's excitement was a truly unforgettable feeling.
Louise Love
Lou is at the heart of Glow. She thrives on creating moments that feel like magic—transforming spaces and bringing the right people together at just the right time.
Lou's passion for adventure has taken her around the world, but India holds a special place in her heart—where life and death unfold in a single breath. And Hong Kong? It's the only city she's ever cried leaving.
Her favourite Glow moment? Leading a 28-piece samba band around the corner as a surprise for a client's birthday. Seeing her face light up made it all worth it. For Lou, it’s always about creating moments that create connection.

JM has been part of the Glow family since 2013, bringing over a decade of experience and dedication. She's passionate about building strong relationships and ensuring every project hits the mark.
Travel is a big part of her world—top highlights include Iceland’s epic landscapes and wonderfully quirky locals, alongside the buzzing energy (and minimal sleep!) of Las Vegas. These places hold an extra-special space in her heart.
